Frontal Ponytails:

All lace frontals must be dropped off at least 2 days prior to your appointment. 

Natural hair ponytails:

Arrive with your hair washed and blow dried.

NO additional oils or products, FREE OF PRODUCT.

Frontal Ponytails:

Full sized 13x4 or 13x6 frontails

New & old lace welcomed

2 bundles for regular ponytails

1 placket of braiding hair for braided ponytail

Natural hair ponytails:

Regular ponytails - 2 bundles or packs

Braided ponytails - 1 pack of 3in1 prestretch hair in 42”-52”

Any ponytail with bangs - scarp / leftover extensions or 1 pack of human hair in at least 16”

Payment: 50% deposit or Full balance to secure your appointment. 

1.Once you have added the service to your cart, there will be a pop up on the top left hand corner of your screen. 

2.Select “view cart” or select the “shopping cart icon” located above the pop up. A new web browser page will appear with a full overview of your service in the cart. 

3.At the bottom of the page, is where the options to select 50% deposit or pay in full is located. 

• The remaining 50% will be due on the day of your appointment either through cash or etransfer. All e-transfers require HST. 
  
• After booking check your email for your confirmation  that will provide you with further details about your appointment. Check spam or Junk mail if you cannot find the email in your standard inbox. 

• To cancel , please give us a 72 hours notice for a full refund. Less than 72 hours notice will result in a 50% refund. 
• Rescheduling requires at least a 24 hours notice. Deposits are transferable to reschedule appointments within the same year of booking. 
• No-shows won't be refunded.
• If running late, please notify us ASAP. 30 mins + late will result in a $30 late fee or potential appointment cancellation
